Have you seen Emoto’s water crystals? It seems possible to give water life and thereby transform it and the drinker on a very profound level. It would have some oxygen in it because life cannot exist without oxygen. This can be achieved simply by pouring some water into a half-filled container, which would push oxygen into the water. The pH would be slightly alkaline or neutral. Acid rain is becoming a bigger issue around cities… In my opinion, light should emanate from the water itself as if it is glowing with life!
Sadly, most springs are so polluted we have to either filter the water or boil it to prevent disease. Once filtered it has been affected by a mechanical/chemical process and has probably lost some vitality. I think that positive emotions can return some of this vitality. Still, there is an energetic component that borders on the spiritual that is not easy to duplicate…
Someone said Daniel Vitalis has done some work on this; I will check it out.
